Voice check-in didn't fill the sliders? Speak naturally and mention the metric ("my energy is low"). You can always fine-tune the sliders afterwards — the voice sets a starting point.
Which iPhones get the smartest voice analysis? Devices with Apple Intelligence use Apple's on-device models; older devices fall back to a lighter on-device method. Both work; the former understands more nuance.
